The Office of the Registrar supports the academic mission of ǿ޴ý by providing academic support services to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the broader university community. We ensure the integrity of ǿ޴ý’s academic records by upholding compliance to academic policies, safeguarding the privacy of student records, and providing accurate and timely data. The Office of the Registrar staff fosters a culture of inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and innovation.

The Office is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction in all aspects of its operations, which include:

  • Coordinating course, final exam, and classroom scheduling
  • Overseeing transfer credit evaluations and student registration
  • Managing grades and degree audits
  • Maintaining the permanent academic records of students
  • Ensuring compliance with academic and federal regulations as well as with records policies
  • Managing veterans benefit certifications
  • Publishing the University Academic Catalog and academic calendars
  • Producing official transcripts, enrollment certifications, diplomas, and graduation verifications
  • Servicing inquiries from a wide range of university and external stakeholders and customers
  • Data custody, management, analytics, and reporting
